Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 200g plain flour T55
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- A bit of salt
- Orange Blossom
- 80g of butter
- butter for cooking pancakes
Preparation
- Cut the butter into pieces and melt it in the microwave.
- In the first mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the spoon: salt, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.
- In the second bowl, mix the liquid ingredients with the whisk: the eggs, the milk, the orange blossom and the melted butter.
